A nice, clean beach is nearby, and there's also a free shuttle bus every 60 minutes to Khem Beach from a nearby square. The daily water show and the fireworks can be watched right from the room window. Outstanding!

We have been traveling for the past 5 months and this place has been the best so far. The lady who runs the place is simply amazing. The room, especially the beds, were of extremely high quality and everything is completely new. We have never slept so well in our entire lives. The TV with Netflix and YouTube was brilliant on rainy days. Also the Wi-Fi was extremely fast. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Veldig fint hotell liggende ved elven. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse dagen vi ankom, der kommunikasjonen mellom hotellet og restauranten ikke fungerte så bra. Vi fikk en veldig god kompensasjon for det som inkluderte oppgradering til junior suite. Hotellet satt oss i kontakt med turoperatør slik at vi fikk oppleve Mekong-deltaet.

The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. They even booked us a bus to our next destination and ordered shuttle cars and all. Boat ride from the harbour to the lodge was included and very good, fast and easy. You could also take bikes to ride around the nearby roads and villages. There was lots of space and sunbeds at the pool, towels for pool use. Water was nice and clean and temperature was nicely cooling but not too cold. The room was big enough for three adults, the bathroom was huge and clean and the ac was excellent. We booked a boating tour from the lodge and it was super fun, interesting and well organized. We learned a lot about local people and their habits as well as some ways they work in the area. Privacy, calmness, coziness and the scenery were perfect for a little holiday out of the rush in the city.

This is my first time in Phu Quoc and this hotel… I am staying with my family (me, wife and 3 children). We are so happy to choose this hotel and the reasons are as follows: 1) free transfer is provided (should be informed earlier before arrival); 2) very delicious food (especially for children; Italian pasta is available and my children were very happy; it is important for us because they couldn’t eat anything in my previous trip to Thailand before coming to Phu Cuoc); 3) staff is very kind and ready to help any time (Nguyet, 👋 hello! And buffet restaurant staff Than - If I am not mistaken); Trinh is the best guest relations officer!!
