The staff was also very kind and welcoming. Its in good location but you have a nice calm stay because you cant hear any noice from the streets. We also booked a trip to Lan Ha Bay though them and it was amazing. You can get a lot of options for breakfast for free, which is really nice.

Most of all, staffs are super friendly. Reception man, dining room ladies, cleaners, they were all willing to help whenever we had questions / troubles. Professional service.
