The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

The first impression upon walking into the building is that it smells absolutely amazing, and the general ambiance of the lobby does not detract from thag at all. The staff was very helpful and agreed to store our luggage before check in. The directions given for sight seeing was most helpful. The room and linens were clean and tidy, the room temp perfection, and the noise level at a minimum. I had zero problems during my stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was unbeatable, property was comfortable, staff was really nice, helpful, cheerful. Hotel was nice and clean. Our room was comfortable, big considering New York standards. Bathroom was beautiful. Complimentary coffee in room. Got a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. Already recommending and probably staying again at LUMA Times Square when visiting NYC

The property itself was so quirky and really well designed. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. It’s also such a nice area with cool bars and really nice restaurants a short 10 min or so stroll away. Also make sure and check out the view of the city on the 3rd floor! Would highly recommend!

Where a warm, contemporary design story envelops you from the inside out with stunning interiors and an awe-inspiring, rippling wave façade... It was the most comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Hudson yards. Best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a room with an alcove and it was just pure bliss.
