This is for me a 10++ points hotel, nice staff, quite near the railway station and bus to Hopa, very helpful guys arranged bus tickets immediately, in an area with many shops and kebab-places, and very near the cold beer shop. The room was also very nice with a small balcony. A good place to work with the computer. Seems to be newly renovated. Good Wifi. Helpful and nice people on the streets. However I left early, so no chance to test the breakfast, but I have booked also a week later and will review next time as well. Speaking good english. I look forward to returning to this place!

I can't stress enough how the people at Otel Cinar are the true stars of this establishment. Their warmth and genuine care for their guests created an atmosphere of comfort and homeliness. It's not just a place to rest; it's a place to feel welcome and cherished. My stay at Otel Cinar was marked by the exceptional people who work there.
