The staffs were making their best to make us happy and comfortable. The receptionist Uzra was very helpful.there are 2 big swimming pools with water slides. The game room for children was perfect for children under 7 years. The hotel was very clean and everywhere you can see somebody is cleaning. The toiletries were from expensive brand.I recommend strongly this hotel if you are visiting Sapanca
