We loved our time at Samed Tamarind Beach Resort so very much - we had a villa with a sea view and it was just marvellous and peaceful. The villas are beautifully designed - with an especially luxurious bathroom! It was relaxing and heavenly. The staff were excellent, and always warm and they helped us with everything like taxis to the pier etc. The food was very good as well. Good breakfast! Samed Tamarind is tucked away in a quiet beautiful beach cove on the island - away from the hustle and bustle from the more popular beaches and shopping areas (all of which are easily accessible, however, should you want to explore, by walking or taxi). The hotel is also very well-equipped and prepared to repel mosquitos and insects and take great care doing so. Even if you aren’t carrying your own bug spray - they provide you with some in the room! You should carry it everywhere especially if you’re there during a wet season.

El Samed Villa Resort, situado en Ko Samed, ofrece alojamiento junto al mar, entre las playas de Ao Phai y Tubtim. As ever, one of the best places to stay on Samet. We've been coming here for years and each time it always esceeds expectations. Very friendly staff, excellent food and comfy beach chairs. Close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

El Blue Bay Cabaña se encuentra en Ao Phutsa, frente a la playa y a menos de 1 km de la playa de Ao Wong Deuan, y ofrece varias instalaciones, como zona de playa privada y terraza. I stayed in the budget room, which had all the space, comfort and facilities of the expensive rooms but was further from the beach...by about 30 metres. It was also more private because there was no foot traffic. I really enjoyed my two nights here. There are many lounges around the bar area....you can stay completely shaded whilst gazing out to sea. The bar is just metres away. The drinks are slightly more expensive than other places but still reasonable, except the cocktails which I thought were too expensive. The water was very clear and free of pollution....so much better than on previous visits. They do not serve food but a very good beachside restaurant is just around the headland....five minute walk. There is also a minimart down that way. Midmorning a woman arrived on the beach with her kitchen on her back. She cooked me grilled chicken with fresh papaya salad for 120baht. It was delicious. I slept in a very comfortable king size bed. I had tea/instant coffee and a jug. I had a refrigerator and a hot shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were professional and helpful. I have travelled through Asia for more than 40 years now, always staying in more budget style accommodation. This place is a standout!

El Baan Mulan ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV de pantalla plana vía satélite en el distrito de playa Sai Kaew de Ko Samed. Old man owner is of the purest of hearts. Made us feel so welcomed and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was as great as possible. Room was a good size, very clean and better than the picture advertised.

First row beachfront with access to the stunning beach. Amazing staff, fun, friendly and very caring. Seaview from Balcony rooms. Great Café and Restaurants close by. I spend the entire weekend at the beach :) will be back for sure.

Labella samet guesthouse, que cuenta con terraza, se encuentra en la región de Rayong Province, Ao Phutsa, a 3 min a pie de Playa de Ao Chor y a 400 metros de Playa de Ao Wong Deuan. Over all are good, comfortable bed, clean room, good value, nice staff

Este hotel de 2 estrellas ofrece room service y consigna de equipaje.... Clean and great staff! Great room with bathtub on the ground floor! No beach super close but the hotel itself made up for that. Would recommend!
