The breakfast was included in our reservation and it was very delicious. The staff provided us with excellent service and the rooms were comfy and had everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, a TV and AC. The location was only a couple of blocks away from the main park in Ataco. The hotel was also quiet and we were able to sleep without issues.

La Casa de Mamampan is set in a 19th-century building centrally located next to Ahuachapan Town Centre and the Concordia Park. It features free WiFi and free public parking. We love this hotel. We travel regularly between Guatemala City and Tegucigalpa for work and love to stay here to break the journey. It’s a very central location, right on the square with food stalls at the weekends. We happily leave our car outside on the road as it feels very safe there. The beds are comfortable and the staff lovely and friendly.

The best hot shower I’ve had after months of travelling, lovely and friendly staff, great location that is close to everything but peaceful and included breakfast. Perfect for a peaceful escape 😍

The place is really nice. They had secure parking for my motorcycle. The whole staff and owner are super nice and helpful. The owner speaks good English and showed me some off road trails I could take on my bike. Also assisted me with trying to find some parts for my bike.
