I gave full scores on the questions listed on above. It was perfect hotel I've ever stayed so far!! Although airport was far, the hotel gave good access to the restaurants, supermarket, and the train station. The room was comfortable as if I was staying at my own home. Breakfast was good, Gym was satisfactory. Furthermore, the fact that I can use the washing machine for free, was strong advantage for me: I was staying in this town for 3 weeks with clothes for only 7 days, and cannot find any laundry shops nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone else making an itinerary onto Sundsvall.

Este pequeno hotel de propriedade privativa está localizado em um edifício do século passado em Sundsvall e oferece quartos decorados individualmente. We were late for check-in due to weather conditions, host told us to drive safely and conveniently gave directions to collect our key. Rooms are quiet and nicely decorated, there's good selection of food (and good coffee) during breakfast. Will definitely stay again when near Sundsvall.

Even though the hotel has a simple standard, everything is well maintained, clean, organized and comfortable. They seem to frequently have workers staying who need an early breakfast, while holiday people might choose to sleep long. They solve this with a shared kitchen, where breakfast is stored in fridge, etc all day/night long and one simply prepares it when needed. All the necessary equipment is readily available. Additionally, every room has a seperate compartment in a large fridge, so that it is possible to store your own food as well. Around the hotel are many possible walks, which is great for relaxation, or simply walking your dog. Several cheap restaurants are nearby where it is possible to get a decent meal at a decent price. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Well done to housekeeping! Location is very convenient in a beautiful area of Sweden and also easily reached from the main road when simply passing through. Highly recommended!
