We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Gobbel. The view from our room's balcony was absolutely beautiful. You can sit in the balcony take in the fresh air & hear the birds & stream at the edge of the property. Secluded property. If you are looking for tranquility... This is it. 5 min drive to Bran Castle & many restaurant options. 40 minutes from Buneti cable cars that take you to Bucegi Natural Park - a must do! The host was AHHHHmazing & the breakfast was great. Traditional Romanian breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

This is the perfect place to stay before your Bran visit, either the Castle or just the Village. You can park your car in the garden and simply walk after. The cozy small garden is perfectly decorated with dreamy wood-only furniture and a sensible playground for the kids. Inside, it's a great traditional Romanian experience. You will be welcomed by the actual owner, that really cares for you and yours. That was how we felt, the 7 of us. If you're lucky, welcome procedure also includes a toast with traditional Bran Palinca!

Absolutely clean rooms, friendly staff, ideal distance from Bran Castle, only 10minutes by foot, very quite place.. You can find here perfect relax, big clean dayroom, absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms, perfectly equipped shared kitchen, 2 really big fridges.. New jacuzzi with clean water, a lot of sitting outside with awnings and umbrellas,, grill, cauldron, sitting over the stream! We felt like at home.. We was really satisfied and surpised how quality can be accommodation in Romania. 100% reccomend, many greetings to the owner!

The accommodation and the location were the nicest we had in Romania. The mountain air, the tranquility and being in a beautiful surrounding was great. The accommodation is equipped to prepare your own meal. Just don't forget to buy enough groceries (including drinking water) in Bran. We were upgraded to the larger upstairs studio's. All studios have a private balcony or terras. There's also a great gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the view. From Alpine Studios you can take trips to Craiului Park for hikes.

First off, my wife and I were long time customers of the restaurant. The food here is amazing. So having that in mind we wanted to check out the hotel. And after 2 nights here, we were very impressed. Everything is so clean! And it smells clean and fresh! Also, in the room we stayed there were no squicks. Which, having a one year old girl...is the best feeling! Overall, we recommend Brandeberg Hotel and restaurant for the view, because it's quiet, for the friendly staff and last but not least, the food!

The breakfast was a basket of treats (thus easily transportable. A very nice touch) of cheeses, smoked and cured meats, bread, fruit, jams, honey, syrup, wine, milk, yoghurt. It was absolutely decadent. The interior is more exquisite than the pictures depict. It was not only spotlessly clean, but everything feels completely brand new. A fortune was clearly put into the property. The host was incredibly helpful and always available. I would return to Romania just to be able to stay here again.

We were in transit, as such, we enjoyed the close proximity of this place to bars & restaurants and Bran Castle. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, and it had a balcony with the mountain view, which we liked. The bedroom mattress was not the best and with respect to toiletries, we received shampoo only. We did not ask the host for Wi-Fi, as such I am not sure if it was provided or not.

The food was great. Many assortments. The staff was friendly towards us and helpfull when we asked for help and took good care of us. The whole hotel is like a vacation home up on the hill. It is very comfy and clean. I would recommend wholeheartedly. Be mindfull to take the road that is closest to Bran, not the first one that appears on waze. The first one is a muddy road and the second one is paved all they way to your stay(note,this is not the hotels fault but google's)

what a gem this place is. Just a short drive from Bran, The hotel was WAY bigger than expected. View of castle and surrounding areas were great. Our room had a separate bedroom from living space with a comfy couch and TONS of space. We even had a balcony to relax on in the evening and morning. Staff was great. Restaurant area with outdoor seating was nice. Make sure to check out the library upstairs for the great views. Overall we would defiantly stay again.

We had the best stay here. We had a castle view - exceptional location. Clean, sophisticated and comfy room with tidy and clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant and had a tailor made vegetarian dish full of flavour and delicious. The restaurant staff were equally as friendly and welcoming. I’d come back in a heartbeat to the Casa Din Bran, a highlight of our adventure around Romania.

Nice and relatively modern rooms. Rooms and all other facilities very very clean, which was great. Room was worm and heating was already on (start of October stay). Breakfasts were AMAZING!!! We stayed in 6 different hotels during our 9 days trip in Romania and this one (by far) had most amazing food. Free parking in front was a great plus. Also, it's only 5 minutes drive from Bran, which is super handy too.

Nice, warm and welcoming, which was much needed in the temperatures of Transylvania in early February. Staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. For anyone visiting Romania to see Bran castle the location cannot be beaten, castle can be viewed from the room windows….and the entrance is less than 5mins walk. Overall highly recommended for anyone taking a short, or long, break in Bran.

This place deserve have 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we arrive very late and we was hungry but all restaurants around was close at that time so the owner sen us a very nice guy to take us to a restaurant who was open and we finally eat nice dinner. The room was very clean, beautiful mountains views and very comfortable beds, the Bran castle is close very, very close (10 minutes walking )

Everything was perfect, the facility is brand new and the design is amazing. Looks like the pictures but without the amazing nature around, perfect for nature lovers. The host is amazing, we had the hottest 2 weeks in Romania when we’ve been there, and Simona did more and beyond to provide us with a fan to make it easier for my pregnant wife. Amazing place worth every penny.

This hotel is in an ideal location for Bran Castle But above this was the welcome I received. I would like to compliment you and your entire staff for being so professional. Great location a short drive from Bran Castle. The staff was exceedingly helpful and spoke excellent English, taking the time to show us around the hotel after we arrived, personally walking us down to the pool and sauna area. There's also a sweet, old dog that hangs around the lobby giving the place a warm, friendly feel.

We thought the hostel was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a balcony which was lovely and the host was very accommodating and kind. The location is very quiet and sweet as well as it is a 10 minute walk from Bran’s castle. Overall a great experience! Multumesc :)

The apartment was clean warm and comfortable. The location was excellent as we came to Bran to see the Castle. We had an excellent view from our balcony including the castle. All amenities were within walking distance. We had a fabulous time and we will definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful! Service and host were very nice and helpful, room was comfy and clean. There is a parking next to the Vila. Hotel is located in a calm place, where is no crowds, but still really close to the Bran castle. Highly recommend!

We went to Bran to celebrate our 40th anniversary. They had a fantastic detail with us; they surprised us with a piece of cake and couple of glasses of red wine! Thank you so much! We had a lovely experience in your Hotel! Hope to come back!
