Good morning, From the practical aspect, this is an exceptionally comfortable chalet to live in! It has continuous hot running water supply in the bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cutlery for cooking, the living room has a well set up fireplace with good quality dry wood, which is easy to make fire from. Also, there is a washing machine and a dryer for the clothes, a vacuum cleaner, a heater in the bedroom, a big TV in the living room and many board games to play. Leader Valley Cottage - A Tranquil Retreat For Two is a lovingly restored 1900's cottage nestled within a beautifully established garden, set in the Leader Valley. Felt like we were alone in the world in a beautiful garden paradise. Loved sitting on the deck chairs out in the garden at night, looking at the Milky way.

We were welcomed by the host when we arrived in the dark. Karen was standing outside to greet us. We felt very welcomed. The room is spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. Very delicious homemade breakfast at a reasonable price.

Surrounded by mountains and situated in a peaceful alpine setting, Hanmer Springs Forest Camp Trust is located in Hanmer Springs. Lovely welcome from staff, friendly and helpful,explained everything easily. Room was great size. Own parking area outside and seating outside. Inside was clean and tidy, well organised. Facilities were good, kitchen well equipped,nice dining table and chairs, lounge comfortable with sofa. Bed large and comfortable. Bathroom was good, showers hot. Staff always ready to answer questions about the area and help with directions. Close to town and lovely forest walks around the camp. Very enjoyable stay..... Would definitely recommend it.

Located in Hammer Springs and surrounded by forest, Alpine Holiday Apartments and Campground offers comfortable accommodation in quiet and peaceful surroundings. We booked a cabin for 3 nights. Us and our 2yr old and 4yr old. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lovely little deck area then onto a lawn which was perfect for the children. A playground in the main camping area also fab. Toilets and showers really close. Everything was clean and the owners are lovely. We had such a great time.
