Bishnu (the owner) is absolutely wonderful!! His tours are fantastic!! The walking tour into the jungle is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced! Also I did the Jeep safari with him and it was incredible! I saw at least 20 rhinos during me time there, wild bison, so many different types of deer and monkeys and so many other birds and things. He is so knowledgeable about the plants and the jungle and history of the area! We also talked about how healthy mud huts are. The lodge itself consists of these quant huts with lovely porches where you can read. Mosquito nets over the bed but there seemed to be less mosquitoes here than in Pokhara. I stayed here 4-5 days! It was wonderful!!

The owners are lovely people who helped us with everything. iam booking for the 1night everything was good . 2 Bottled water a day included. They dropped us off and picked us up at the tours and the bus from-to Kathmandu for free.

It is so peaceful and the property is beautiful and green. The owners are super kind. Even though the bus stop is quite close by, they picked me up and dropped me off too. I could borrow their bicycle to explore the area which was amazing. They made sure everything was taking care of. Breakfast was good. I booked a safari for a good price and they booked really nice seats for me on the bus back to Kathmandu. The location is amazing, a bit outside of the village centre which makes it super peaceful. Only a little walk (or an even shorter bicycle ride) to the a bit more busy centre. Definitely recommend this place!

The pick up from the bus station was one of the best that you can used especially arriving from a long bus journey. The rooms were perfect plenty of space. Although I only got a fan room, believe me it is more satisfying, airconditioning wasn’t necessary. The wifi works very well inside the room so for bloggers looking for a perfect internet connection this is the place to be. The bathroom is huge as well with good shower and hot water. There’s a kettle inside the room, hangers and one free bottle of water. If you want the room to be clean up just left the key at the reception and when you come back everything is cleaned.

Arrange jungle walk tour with 2 guides, Simba and Tilak. They are so knowledgeable and take care of me all the time during the safari. I am happy to stay in Hotel Happy Land. Hope to come back again.
