We only stayed on our way to Geiranger fjord so didn't use the pool, but the area around the hotel looked lovely as well.

Located close to Dovre National Park, Dovregubbens Hall offers apartments in traditional Gudbrands style buildings in Vålåsjø. Oppdal is 49 km away. The room was exceptional and roomy. The hosts were very helpful with organizing a musk ox tour. The breakfast was plentiful.
