The view is also great just next to cannel. Location of the hotel is perfect. Just a few mins work can reach bars and restaurants. The staff are very kind. I had late check in and heavy suitcase. They opened the door for me and carried it for me to my room. Really appreciated. Above all, I really recommand this hotel and will stay again if in Alkmaar.

Make sure to use the parking on site if you are here for the cheese market event. Tourists are coming to this town for this event by tourist buses from neighboring towns. With the staff's excellent recommendation, we moved our car from a street parking system (paid service) to the one at the hotel to avoid potential problems around this huge event. Take a quick visit to the park in front of the hotel. Nice and calm with some tulips and a pond with some ducks! Enjoy Alkmaar!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It was close to the beach and various restaurants. The breakfast was really great. Lots of options and delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a secure cage in the parking garage to store our bicycles.
