Koh Thmei Resort features a garden, restaurant, a bar and private beach area in Phumĭ Kâng Kéng. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Truly an unforgettable time and a perfect spot to step back from the world. The resort is as quiet and private as you can hope for, and with phone reception (from Vietnam!) only available in a corner of the restaurant, you get to enjoy being present and not glued to technology. The owners answered every question we had, and catered to food requests for different dietary requirements. A trip snorkelling was well worth it as the coral on the neighbouring island is beautiful and, again, extremely private to view. The rooms are wooden bungalows on stilts like you’d imagine as a child and were comfortable enough to stay in, but of course aren’t ever going to be Hilton hotels with air conditioning. Authentic and jungle-like is what you have, which was perfect for what was expected. Hornbills perch outside the room and you hear the sounds from the trees when sleeping or relaxing in your hammock. If you’ve ever dreamed of going to an island paradise, this is it. Would definitely return if I am in Cambodia again.

I rested at the YAHOO Dream hotel in early May, flew to Phnom Penh at night, the hotel offered and organized a transfer in advance, the price is lower than taxi offers, which is very pleasant. In general, I want to note the loyalty of the hotel and the staff, all my tasks were solved very quickly: from changing rooms to renting a car. You just have to voice the problem and here is the solution. This is not my first time in Cambodia, I have something to compare with, I have stayed in hotels of different levels and none had such a loyal attitude towards guests. I am a comfort person, I own a service business myself and attention to customers is essential for me, so I always evaluate and emphasize customer service in the places I visit. Next to the hotel there is an insanely beautiful beach, wild, but insanely beautiful: blue water, white sand, everything as we love)) You can get to the beach by bike, which is also provided by the hotel. The villa I lived in had a swimming pool, every morning opening my eyes, I took a step and dived into the pool, nothing is as energizing as a morning pool in hot Cambodia. The hotel provides several breakfast options, I took a traditional American one. The hotel is quiet and secluded, but nevertheless it is a great option to come here with a company. Each villa is private, which is also a big plus

Sealong Bay ZhongQi Conifer Hotel 海龙湾中启康年酒店 has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Sihanoukville. Nothing except the sea view from the room and balcony and behavior of some staffs who tried to provide us some comfort in the middle of everything no no attitude.

Sunbird Garden Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Sihanoukville. I loved the architecture of the place. Wooden buildings with beautiful carvings. Old style tiling give the whole place a stopped-in-time vibe. Pontoons go through the mangrove up to the river where chairs and table wait for you. Great swimming pool. Staff provided us with pool towels on request. We were even granted earlier checkin without extra cost. The place is quiet because off the main road. Great breakfast and the lady owner is adorable.

An oasis for the chaos of Sihanoukville. Nice to have the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable. Good air conditioning and shower. Staff were helpful.
