Situated in Banlung amidst tropical greenery, Ratanakiri Paradise Hotel & Restaurant features environmentally-friendly accommodation in the Ratanakiri Province. I called from the bus station at 6:00 in the morning, asked for a pickup and after 20 minutes I was picked up by an 4WD car. I got my room at 7:00 AM in without extra charge. Delicious breakfasts, amazing view from the restaurant and pool. Nature, peace, rest, a tropical garden and a manager who helped me with planning local trips. I highly recommend. Beautiful premises with lots of greenery in a scenic landscape. Amazing, spacious outdoor bathroom with huge bathtub, quality toiletries. Stylish room interior in traditional Chinese fashion. Nice, though small swimming pool.

This was by far my favorite experience in Cambodia. Living with this amazing family was so exciting! Now, you can’t be expecting luxury, 5 stars etc, but when you’re ready to fully dive into a local family’s life & home, then look no further. Pov and his wife & kids are so welcoming & kind and try their best to make your stay perfect. I didn’t have time to do big jungle treks, so instead, Pov took me around the area, visiting the best spots, and let me hang out with him and his friends in the evenings! Him and his wife also made sure I wasn’t starving, and even cooked vegan meals for me. I loved my time here and would definitely come back! Maybe in the future! Choul mouy my friend!

He can organize almost anything for you in Banlung and beyond! He supported us with so many things, from organizing an amazing 2-day jungle trekking adventure to making sure we make it safe and sound across the Laos border. Smey is such an amazing person and we always enjoyed sitting together with him in the evenings and listening to his stories. (We stayed 5 days) Not only is Smey an amazing host but his Homestay is such a beautiful and peaceful place. Perfect to calm down, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. On top of that, the food is also delicious! I don’t know what else to say: if you want to have a great experience in Banlung, stay with Smey! :)

Bee Bee's Chalets home stay and trekking is located in Banlung, 4.5 km from Yeak Laom Lake, 6.6 km from Ka Chanh Waterfall, and 10 km from Cha Ong Waterfall. The family is very welcoming and friendly. I felt at home the first day. Good hospitality. Very helpful to help you organize everything (tuk tuk , trekking etc). The guests was very friendly too. Located just 8.9 km from Yeak Laom Lake, Ratanakiri Homestay & Jungle Trek provides accommodation in Banlung with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Incredibly nice and open-hearted family with lots of good visions for the future. The self-built homestay has a detailed and charming character and eating together at the family table was very personal and nice(and of course very delicious). In addition, my friend and I got a good impression of the weekly English lessons that they give for free to the children of the village. They also have a good and customizable offer for jungle trekking with local guides. Thanks for the nice time and my recommendation.

Mr T and his family and friends are so kind and welcoming! This local stay was amazing to experience some of the Cambodian culture. Everything was perfect, it’s the place to be in Ratanakiri! Boasting mountain views, Green Hill Homestay, Restaurant & Treķking features accommodation with patio, around 4.2 km from Yeak Laom Lake. Lovely hosts - they kept in touch with me on the day of my arrival and offered to pick me up from the bus station. The property is situated a bit outside the central town area, which gives it a really tranquil and peaceful countryside atmosphere without being too far away from amenities. Depending on the weather the lake and shops are walkable but you'd be wise to consider renting a moto (the owner offers tuktuk rides as well). You can enjoy a spacious deck/terrace overlooking the forested hills around the Boeng Yeak Lake. Rooms are simple, modest but clean and with all the essentials you'd want - a comfy bed, mozzie net, a fan and an outlet close to the bed. Hosts speak English and the lady managing the property is a good cook - you can enjoy a range of dishes, including vegetarian options and fresh local fruit without having to go anywhere. All at reasonable prices. Moto rental, various trekking or even bus transfer options can be arranged as well. All in all really enjoyed my stay.
