This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

Breakfast was exceptional. And I like that it offers free supper and ice cream, as well as free laundry. Like the concept of wearing no shoes inside the hotel, it feels free like home. The hot spring on the roof top is not too crowded also, and I really enjoy it! Room size looks small but it's neat and clean and enough for 2 adults.

Would absolutely stay at again if traveling to Sendai and would recommend to any travelers who aim to do so as well.

The location was quite close to Sendai station and there is a convenience store at the first floor (and another one across the road). Public bath was also decent. Worked great for us as a base while exploring attractions close to Sendai.
