One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, EVER. Huge room especially by Japanese standards. Everything very modern and updated. Super friendly staff and beautiful views all around. Just downstairs in the building you will find both a mini mart and a pharmacy. So convenient for those last minute things you forgot to pack. Easy walk to the train station. We made the walk multiple time and it’s totally doable. Even with all luggage and middle of summer was not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.

A very clean and hip hotel that was well-situated for our travel to Aichi the next day. Great shower too. Staff were so kind and helpful. Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.

The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. The view from our room was excellent.

The view was good from the room. pretty quite and peaceful. They had an iron in the room. the best feature was the TV where you could just connect to NETFLIX, Prime using your account and watch your show. Location is great few mins walk from station. Breakfast has a lot of options. They also have free drinks (limited to one per person) during happy hour. The bed is comfortable. A set of PJs is also provided. The hotel is close to the train station. Hisaya-odori Park is just across. There is a lot to do and eat within walking distance. Very reasonably priced. Requesting for late check-out was a breeze (for a fee of 1000 per hour). Staff is very helpful and accommodating - they even let us use their umbrellas because it was raining when we stayed.

The hotel was located within minutes of the subway station so it was very easy to get to, it was also only a short distance from Nagoya Castle. I've stayed with APA before and this did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable with many amenities offered. Check in was a little confusing, but overall everything was great. The room was compact, but there was plenty of space under the bed to store luggage.
