Facing the seafront, the outdoor pool at the Hibiscus Lodge Hotel is one of its most outstanding features. The smaller, older, very well kept buildings. The balcony view was exceptional. The staff. The meals. The bar. All, near perfect.

The breakfast was excellent. Continental and traditional Jamaican breakfast served with a smile. The staff was very attentive, the dining area was properly sanitized, and beautiful view. Thank you Sherika for your excellent customer service. Very nice that you remembered that the Gazebo was my favorite place :). So tranquil and peaceful. The place has a high standard and is suitable for families, solo travelers, and couples. Everyone was very attentive. Didn't get her name but I reported a minor issue, she didn't call maintenance she troubleshoot and sorted the problem. Again thank you housekeeping. Overall, cleaniness, hospitality, food, comfort, and value for money are 10/10. Any issues just say it and it's sorted. Overall, I stayed at 5 hotels and Cardiff twice...

The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

We chose the hotel because it was smaller and wouldn't be so busy. It was a great atmosphere as a result. It was nice that there was always a sun lounger free and there was a private strip of beach to enjoy. The food was amazing, loved that there was a different Jamaican breakfast each morning - chef Damar was excellent and you can tell he put a lot of care and effort into making sure our meals were tasty. The staff were super attentive and made our trip wonderful - special thank you to Damien, Ingrid, Jamar and Ricky who all made our time in Ochi incredible.

The hotel is an ocean front boutique property nestled in quiet seclusion in the heart of Ocho Rios. Charming and affordable, the hotel is situated overlooking the beautiful blue of the Caribbean. It located just next to the Caribbean sea. We go snorkeling every afternoon. It also very close to down town, we walk round the downtown area looking for dinners. Our room has a balcony with good view.
