The staff is friendly, helpful, caring ❤️ thank you for that. We were traveling with a baby and they set up baby chair in our room and also in the diner. Breakfast was amazing! Local, high quality, fresh food :) we also loved the design of the apartment, spacious bathroom and beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The apartments are close to the city center, shop and cabin. They are right below a small hill with chapel on it. Great for a morning walk (with a dog). Last not least we have to mention the wellness....beautiful and intimate. Loved it!

Location was perfect, view was gorgeous, staff was very nice. Loved our personal greeter, the family 12 year old white golden retriever. Food was excellent, food service was exceptional! Rooms very clean, balcony was a wonderful place to rest after a hike. Spa massage was a good value.

The apartment was very clean and had all the expected facilities such as coffee maker, kettle, etc. We often had our meals on the balcony and despite the flat being in the centre of the town it was really peaceful and offered magnificent views of the peaks of the Sciliar. Also, if you go self catering the local supermarket is just 2 minutes away plus there're a pharmacy and a couple of bakeries nearby. The WiFi was excellent and for a small fee you can wash and dry your laundry. Irene, our host, was friendly and helpful.

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.

The food in this hotel is just amazing. We could not believe we were on half board in 4* hotel, it felt like Michelin star restaurant every evening. Design of the hotel is very tasteful, rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable. On top of everything the personnel in the hotel is so friendly and well trained and they really help to make your stay extraordinary . We stayed 2 nights in Alpina Dolomiti to end recover and rest from our hiking trip : it was really amazing. All the team was perfectly available and caring, they had very nice attentions for us. The rooms were clean and confortable, we slept very well. And Alpina has the best spa we have ever seen. Everything was absolutely perfect, I highly recommand ! We cannot wait to come back in winter season.

The food was extraordinary! They made accommodations for my vegan husband that were delicious. The rooms were great for families with plenty of room for the kids. The location was perfect, next to the gondola. You could rent ebikes onsite which made it easy to explore.

Can't speak highly enough of this property! Starting off, the property itself is just stunning and the amenities they have onsite are top notch (the view from within the outside pool is unbelievable). Monika and her team were so kind and welcoming, and provided tons of great recommendations and were just always available to help make our stay as best as possible! The room itself was sleek with such a comfy bed and amazing bathroom and private balcony. Breakfast in the mornings was just the best open buffet with such a wide variety of cold and warm options! We never took advantage of the dinner there, but their options always looked great. Could not recommend this property enough though to spend your time in Castelrotto and the surrounding area!
