Relais et Châteaux Hotel Villa Franceschi er en 1500-talls villa som ligger ved elven Brenta i Mira Porte, og skilter med utsikt over en stor park med antikke statuer. Everything was perfect. From the staff and owners who also work, who were all very helpfull and responding to all of our questions. Both breakfast and lunch were absolutely great. We can't wait to return!

Romantik Hotel Villa Margherita overlooks the Brenta River in Mira, a 25-minute bus ride from Venice's historic centre. Once a noble residence, this grand villa is surrounded by a large private park. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful especially being able to sit outside.

Villa Giulietta is situated in the picturesque Brenta Riviera countryside, halfway between Padua and Venice. Rooms come with free WiFi. A great spot for a stopover. Good parking and friendly staff. We spent 1 night here on our way to Croatia.

Hotel Palladio is situated in the quiet village of Malcontenta. Garage parking is free. Rooms feature air-conditioning, a satellite TV, and a private bathroom. Comfortable bed and clean room. The bus stop right in front of the hotel and takes you all the way to Venice. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Family-managed since 1965, the Poppi is set outside Mira on the SS309 national road, with efficient public transport links to Venice. The restaurant serves regional cuisine of Veneto. The breakfast was good quality and tasty. Only vegetables were missed. Everything other was perfect! Location of the hotel was convenient. It was in ~100 meters near the bus station.

Hotel Casa a Colori Venezia is a renovated 16th-century convent a 10-minute walk from Dolo city centre. It offers free private parking and a restaurant specialising in Veneto cuisine. The property is absolutely beautiful. The room is basic and clean and it’s great value for the money. The best part is the property itself and the amazing staff there. The young lady at the reception was so nice and helpful, and answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Delicious pastries but no eggs. Not complaining just noting. The only down side is that their shower is extremely small. Parking is ample and right in front of the rooms entrance. We drove to the nearest train station (Polo-10 minutes away), parked the car there for free, and took a 30-minute train ride to the heart of Venice. The location is therefore great. If you decide to do the same, just note the closing hours of the Polo station. It closes around 11:30 pm I think and we missed the last train out of Venice to Polo, which resulted in an expensive taxi ride, but that was our fault for not researching well. Long review short: would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for affordable accommodation outside of Venice with easy access to the city.

Albergo Alla Campana ligger i Dolo på Riviera del Brenta, halvveis mellom Padova og Venezia. Hotellet tilbyr avgiftsfri parkering i garasje, valuta for pengene og utmerkede transportforbindelser. Great albergo in the center of a small village. Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.

Villa Gasparini er et historisk hotell som befinner seg i Dolo, en liten by langs elva Brenta. Det ligger 15 km unna Venezia og Padua. Super nice room! Large bath, very cosy. Just pay attention at the hour, we didn’t read about the rules before, but you can only use the bath massage until 22h. Nice location to get to Venice. Breakfast was nice. Would recommend
