Shower is hot and strong. Excellent free breakfast. Free coffee all day. Easy check in. Just drop the key in a basket at the front desk when check out. Big parking lot in the front and at the back. Came back after 10 years it didn't disappoint us.

The restaurant, while a bit expensive, served us wonderful food, perfect after a day of exploring. On top of that, 15 min walk behind the hotel allows you to see two glaciers and wonderful views. The best part was definitely chatting with Pedro, an exceptional receptionist and a great guy!

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull. Very spacious room. Beautiful views out the window. Beds were really comfortable. They thought of all the little things. A place for your suitcase. A wall mirror. Hangers for your jackets. Spot under them for your shoes. A nice table to work from. Tv. Very fast wifi. Washroom was big and the shower was nice. very clean. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good. Thanks for a great stay!
