Featuring panoramic views of the scenic nature surroundings, Hotel Kjarnalundur- Aurora Dream - Lodges and Rooms is 5 km from central Akureyri and just 2 km from the Akureyri Airport. Nice hotel, friendly staff and very good location with a lot of trees around, it is hardly to see so many trees in Iceland. We liked our stay there and will be back if we re-visit Iceland.

Akureyri Public Swimming Pool is 500 metres away. the room was really comfortable and the shared kitchen was excellent. There were big windows in the room and the location is excellent; close to coffee shops, bookstores, restaurants and the central church.

Super friendly staff, the owner really loves his property, it's a beautiful, very well maintained land with amazing sights. The dinner was exquisite, the spa area is very relaxing
