The opportunity to stay at Ballinalacken is a gift. From the front gate onwards is a memory in the making. The ambience is wonderful - the building, decor, furnishings through to the gardens. The bedroom was a treasure - quality throughout. The castle tour is a phenomenal opportunity - the icing on the cake so to speak.

The Lady Gregory Hotel is close to Coole Park Gardens and offers full Irish breakfasts, a restaurant, and a bar. Didnt have breakfast but the location was fine but they would need the bus eirrain to stop in front of lady gregorys instead of just stopping down by sullivans and then we had to walk back to the hotel with our luggage. Any chance they could make stops in front of the hotel??? Please let me know. That would make it more convenient.

The Old Ground is a very beautiful hotel with a good bar and restaurant and lovely staff. I look forward to visiting the place again.
