The staff are absolutely incredible - they are so kind, warm, and very accommodating. They helped meet our every need and were so quick to respond whenever we had questions. The shuttle provided by the hotel was honestly a game changer - to have easy and reliable access to transport around the city limits when you're tired from walking all day or its too warm makes the experience so much more enjoyable. The facilities are stunning, the rooms are huge, washrooms are fantastic, air conditioning was a dream, and the breakfasts were amazing. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much to the Sabana team for making our trip to Ubud so memorable!

Friendly staff, serene atmosphere, great pool (with perfect temperature, also for kids). The breakfast was also very nice, with sufficient variety for our 5-day stay, including fresh juices. It's further away from the crowds, but still walking distance to the centre.

If you want to stay somewhere with a Bali feel that’s also modern, stylish, well located and has friendly, helpful staff then this hotel has it all. I love the mixture of building materials, the concrete, different types of timber, different tiles, the local furniture and so much greenery. It all blends so well to create an environment we’ll be back to enjoy again for sure. Our room overlooked the forest, so it was quiet with lovely views. At the other end of the hotel, by reception, you are only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and close to central Ubud, a very clever design to be in the thick of it, and feel far away. The pool area on the rooftop provides forest views, it’s quiet and has a bar and restaurant. Copper Kitchen on the rooftop for breakfast and dinner is a real treat. The restaurant has an excellent menu show casing local produce in a way that’s very easy for the Western palate. Really fresh and full flavoured local food in a sophisticated environment. The food is presented like artwork, with such detail and wonderful mix of flavours and colours. I could go on all day. One of my all time favourite hotels.
