Situated in Tzununá, 35 km from Volcano Atitlan, EL PICNIC ATITLÁN features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Guests can make use of a bar. This place is amazing, if you are looking for quiet getaway! We used a car to get there, but boat is better and faster option. I haven't stayed in any place similar to this, I highly recommend it if travelling to Lake Atitlan. Just for notice that there is only one dinner option (no places to go out, especially late), but dinners prepared by Johen were delicious and great company of Johen and Gaby and a few other guests made our evenings perfect. WiFi works very well to keep in touch with the rest of the world. Steps weren't a problem for us.

Offering an outdoor pool and a hydro-massage hot tub, Tzampoc Resort is located in Santa Catarina Palopó. This hotel is amazing! I had a great experience during my stay here. It is very comfortable, the grounds are gorgeous, the pool, the bar, the jacuzzi, the garden. But the best thing out of all is the view. It' s simply amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and served on the outdoor terrace with a fantastic view over the lake and the volcanoes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful with all my requests. One of the best hotels in the area, for sure!
Bambu Guest House

Situated in Tzununá, 35 km from Volcano Atitlan, Bambu Guest House features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. what a wonderful place to relax, to admire the view and landscape and the perfect spot to do daily trips to great places with handcraft cooperatives. Don't miss the typical guatemaltecan Sauna! I'm vegetarian and their chef really cooked with wonderfal spices an ideas. The room was marvellous, spacious, with a hammock- terrace with direct view over the lake and to the volcanoes. Would have stayed mach longer if I could... a good place to forget time. And last but absolutely not least: everyone working there was family-like wonderful... thanks so much.

Located 1 km from Santa Cruz La Laguna indigenous village, Casa Prana Villa & Suites offers an outdoor pool, a furnished terrace and 9-acres garden. The most amazing hotel. From the staff, to the grounds, to the food and the service, this hotel was the most wonderful place. My fiancée asked me to marry him there and there genuinely would not have been a more special surrounding. Astrid was also amazing as were all the staff we interacted with. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The views of the lake were incredible- room was clean, very good location close to some nice restaurants/bars. The rooftop areas were amazing, breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly & always so helpful! They were more than happy to help us out if we had any problems- highly recommend! Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Amigos :)
