Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

Hotel Nuka is offering accommodation in Ilulissat. Among the facilities at this property are free shuttle service and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. My flights were changed last min and they did whatever they could to help. The hotel driver brought me to the airport for inquires. I had to dispose few things from my luggage and the staff took care of it. Highly recommend staying there. Excellent location too.

The hotel room, the food, the staff: everything more than excellent. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown, but in return you get a beautiful view of the harbor. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful modern hotel up the hill from the ferry terminal and fairly close to most businesses. Good onsite restaurant and delicious included breakfast of cereal, bread, cheese, juice, etc. They are very organized and did a great job even though it was very crowded with groups. Fantastic views, great restaurant, and lovely staff. We originally booked an apartment, but the heating and hot water system was having problems so they switched us to a room at the main building, which turns out to be great.
