The decor of the hotel was spectacular and the history was so interesting The rooms were so well presented and extremely clean. The views were spectacular and reminded you of an English county-side and so nice and peaceful. The cleanliness.

The food was great. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. Staff members were pleasant. The room was comfortable, with good lighting, a comfy bed, and control of the heating. Parking was free.

Incredibly supportive and amiable proprietors! We were commuting after attending a world championship and arrived at the accommodation around 3:30 AM. Despite the inconvenience, the owners efficiently coordinated all arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in process for us. Additionally, they were considerate of our allergies during breakfast the next morning, making our stay even more comfortable.
