I loved the main building, the anex we had the room in, our room, the gardens, the exceptional breakfast, heartwarming introdudtion of the place also the receptionist was really nice. I have been to numorous hotels, but this one was different: somhow nicer and also more friendly, like made me feel comfortable from the first moment.

The kitchen was well equipped and the self-service breakfast was the perfect option for me. I already recommended Tay House to some friends. Thank you!

Camera pulitissima, struttura in generale curata e ben tenuta. Ristorante al piano terra dove si mangia benissimo! Noi avevamo compresa la colazione che prevedeva sia cose internazionali dolce e salate sia la possibilità di ordinare la colazione scozzese, tutto buonissimo! La proprietaria e le ragazze che ci lavorano tutte molto attente e gentili. Il paese è piccolino, molto vicino a Perth e a poco più di 40 minuti da Stirling e Saint Andrew quindi una posizione comoda per chi è libero di spostarsi con un mezzo. Ci è dispiaciuto andar via!

The Merryburn - Rooms and Courtyard Studios is a few minutes' walk from Dunkeld and Birnam Railway Station at the gateway to the Highlands and is a listed Victorian building. Very cute hotel, room was beautifully decorated and spacious for myself. Well equipped room as well for what you needed for a few nights stay. Very clean too. Property was easy walk to local attractions (Birnam and Dunkeld) and conveniently driveable to surrounding areas. The two staff/owners I met were really lovely.

It is in the most magnificent little hamlet. It felt like a fairytale. The staff were outstanding, the bar and restaurant were sensational. Fantastic martini! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough!

Located in Pitlochry, 32 km from Castle Menzies, Killiecrankie House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. This was the most personable accomodation that anyone could wish for. I was disappointed that I didn't book in for their 14 course tasting menu for the evening that we stayed there. We had a slightly early departure which they were more than happy to accomodate us with a very delightful & personal breakfast. The decor is delightful as are the owners & their staff.
