Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable extra-long beds. We had a delicious dinner at the bar - very tasty fresh pizzas, local meat delicacies and cheese, excellent wine. The continental breakfast is delicious and varied. I liked the design of the counter where the breakfast food was located: along with plates, mugs, saucepans, etc. it looked like a designer art object.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed/pillow was very comfortable. We were unable to book a taxi from the train station in Laval to the hotel. We called the hotel and they booked a taxi for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it!

For the purpose of my visit the hotel was ideally situated. The lady in charge at the time was extremely friendly and helpful , always ready to help to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, cleaned every day . Bed and pillows very comfortable . Easy access to internet. It was very hot at the time of my stay but the room was kept at a nice, cool temperature so no problem for sleeping.
