Clean, simple rooms, secure storage for our bikes, on-site restaurant and an umbrella eating area 10 meters away on the town plaza itself. The hotel restaurant serves simple, but good food, and really fabulous desserts. What must be close to a Michelin rated restaurant is 20 meters away. The hostess really was what determined our hotel rating; she was exceptional - attentive, informative, friendly, accommodating, and with 100% great recommendations on local wine tasting and dining options. Breakfast was standard continental. Fluent English.

Very good hotel, probably recently refurbished as everything looks fresh and clean. The room and bathroom are of good sizes and everything seemed clean. The location is very good, within easy walking distance of all key points in Meursault. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent.

Just 7 km from Beaune's historic centre, L'Ouvrée offers a unique getaway with its twelve simply decorated rooms and grounds. Lovely hotel with renovated rooms and bathrooms. The sound insulation was excellent, meaning you did not hear any noise from outside once in your room, making for a perfect night’s sleep. Dinner was a wonderful experience. There was not one dish that I didn’t enjoy. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Great selection of wines. Breakfast was equally good. The staff made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Ample private parking on site.

This hotel is located in Pommard, a wine-growing village only 3 km from Beaune in the heart of Burgundy. It offers an outdoor swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards. Everything! This hotel is exceptional and rather special. First of all the service is totally personal and very hands on. I loved the way Helene and her father made us feel very welcome the minute we set foot inside. I also liked how Helene instantly suggested excellent restaurants and made us the reservations hassle free. I also liked the time they took to chat to us and to get to know us better during our whole stay! No expense has been spared in this charming hotel, one can see this from the attention to detail that has been paid in the decor and the general layout of the building. They also have a great snacking menu which goes down excellently on the terrace with a glass of wine or two. The location is also amazing - right infront of the hotel there is a large vineyard - therefore the minute you arrive right after entering the gates, you are instantly transported into the Burgundian way of life - not much more is necessary! It is also strategically placed between Beaune, Mersault and other interesting wine villages/towns in Burgundy. The breakfast is also good and includes continental and cooked - we loved it - especially if afterwards you are doing wine tasting - it is good not to go on an empty stomach :-).
