Right from checking in, to the room, the restaurant and the castle itself. We were greeted warmly at reception and check-in was a painless affair. When we got to our room it was nice and warm with everything required for a comfortable stay. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced, along with friendly and efficient service. The breakfast was also very good and had a variety of items from high end charcuterie items to bread and buns, marmalade, cereals, muesli, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super nice to us and extremly helpful in a way I've never felt before, we had trouble with our rented car and they went above and byond to help us, after a day they came to us and ask if we were able to sort it and if we're ok. It just made us feel so welcomed and at home. The food was amazing, one of the best meals we had in Spain, even if you don't stay there go have dinner!!! I would so love to go there again! Wifi was good, hot water in the shower, the staff warmed the room ahead for us... I really can't say enough about this place lol
