The modern Inturotel Cala Esmeralda – Adults Only has an ideal seafront setting, in Majorca’s Cala d’Or. It offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, an on-site spa and attractive gardens. The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class.
