Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. We truly loved it. The house has a beautiful soul and the location is extraordinary - as close to the ocean as it can get. The beach is right next to the building. The owner and the hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful. The area is captivating - a lot of breathtaking sights and soothing nature. The beach was not overly crowded. It was very clean and so was the water. Lovely dogs played with their owners at the beach all the time. Guess Basques love dogs and that love is mutually which is absolutely marvelous. The dogs are uniquely calm and cheerful. The waves are pretty good for surfing. Can't wait to visit Euskadi again.

Located in Lekeitio, 47 km from Funicular de Artxanda, Hotel Rural Natxiondo provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation was amazing. The best part was the host (Ander), who was extremely kind and nice to use. His son was extremely kind as well. We enjoyed speaking with Ander every morning and evening, and he taught us a little bit of Euskara (Basque Language). In terms of location, it is perfect if you travel by car, since you can visit places west/east of Bilbao. Additionally, we enjoyed the location because it is in a rural area, and we felt a close connection to nature. We had one dinner, and it was extremely tasty, so we can recommend this as well. Overall, this experience surpassed all our expectations. It ranks among the best trips we've ever had. We strongly recommend staying here to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.

Eco Hotel Rural Lurdeia - Adults Only is a country house located in Bermeo. Surrounded by lush greenery, all rooms include a flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower. Everything! Lurdeia was so beautiful and lovingly cared for, from the hotel itself and it’s rooms, to the well tended grounds, and the delicious breakfasts artistically served and most of all the kindness of our hosts. We felt well cared.
