To stay this hotel exceeded my expectations! Hotel is located in an old monastery building. The way how they could manage to preserve and emphasize this antiquity is impressive! Concerning facilities, cleanliness and comfort - all are perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hope, I will have a chance back to Plasencia in order to stay in this great hotel again!

The room is clean and spacious, plus the window view is spectacular as you can see the farm, and it is bright with the natural light coming in. We also had a wonderful spa experience, we were provided with water and tea. There's sauna and other area to relax your feet. The massage for 20 minutes costs 40 euros, but you also have other options. The breakfast is also good. They are very accommodating and they provide you what you need. Overall, the hotel is worth the price. It's clean, warm and cozy. You can walk around the farm or hike in the nearest areas, or drive to other towns.

Restaurante & Hotel Rural El Mirador de Trevejo is offering accommodation in Villamiel. Featuring a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The room was a good size although only a view of the adjoining building. The bathroom was good; it takes a bit of time before the hot water comes through. Breakfast was exceptional, the home made bread, commented on by others, is very very good. We had dinner there; there are a number of tasting menus as well as a la carte. We selected from the a la carte. Food was very fresh, cooked to order. Car parking is on the street outside the hotel, but given this is a very small village, it was safe and not a problem. Our host was very helpful, and whilst English is not his first language, it was more than adequate when combined with our limited Spanish. We would most certainly stay there again and eat there.

At night, you can see the Milky Way and all the constellations, and even see Saturn with Javi’s telescope. Incredible.
