I had tv problems and the manager organized help immediately and solved the problem. The cleaning is very good. Overall, the maintenance of the hotel is good. During the week there were several power outages on the island. In this hotel, the business has worked without problems. This indicates a good organization and committed staff. I will gladly come back to the "best hotel" on the island.

We normally stay in hotels but when we saw this place we thought why not give it a try, we were not disappointed and would highly recommend it, it is extremely loud between 10pm and 12pm but you are warned before you book we slept very well. The breakfast is very good we were very satisfied, the staff are the best bit of all they are all friendly and are happy at their work, they can't do enough for you. Lastly Dory in the office is the biggest asset to this business she did so much for us while we stayed and always checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our booked trip's which she helped us with she helped us have the best holiday.

The location—with easy access to the Santa Maria city center but also quieter and close to less populated beaches—was ideal. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendlier. They helped me plan my days, arrange services, and book the conference room to hold some business calls. And the restaurant—both for breakfast and dinner—was super convenient and tasty!

USB plus made it easy to charge everything. The breakfast and dinners were delicious and a reasonable price to add onto your stay. Staff was really helpful for addressing any issues in a timely fashion and helping to set up activities. They also gave great recommendations for food and things to do. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. Our room overlooked a lot, not nice in itself, but the benefit was we had an unobstructed view of the sunsets!

Situated 300 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Maria, Porto Antigo Hotel BB welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Rooms have a TV. The room was great, kept clean and refreshed. The pool was also excellent and very clean. The location was perfect in Santa Maria. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome for our entire stay.

Located in Santa Maria, 1.2 km from Nazarene Church, Hotel LIVVO Budha Beach has a number of amenities including a terrace, a shared lounge, a bar and free WiFi. staff 10 points out of 10 chef 10 out of 10 Everyone there is nice, kind and they do their job really well, even beyond the scope of their duties, I really felt like I was in a home atmosphere. the surroundings of the hotel in the order list, the sandy beach would perhaps be more attractive, but the burial grounds of shells and volcanic stones enchanted me. the sandy beach is a few steps away. I WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING AND THANK YOU AGAIN AND SEE YOU SOON

Hotel MiraBela is a 3-star bed and breakfast located in the centre of Santa Maria and within 100 metres from the beach. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a balcony. Everything, from Staff, to the room, to the breakfast was all perfect. The windows are very soundproof, so it was no issue to stay there also during the noisy weekend.
