Located on a slope above the village of Miglieglia and 16 km from Lugano, Albergo Santo Stefano is a traditional Ticinese style building from the 18th century. It offers rooms with a private bathroom.... What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Overlooking Lake Lugano, 3 km away, Albergo Ristorante Stampa is set in the village of Cadegliano Viconago, outside Ponte Tresa. Beautiful location with a spectacular view of the town and lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was superb, everything was perfect. Restaurant service was fast with excellent food and the breakfast was equally as good.

Hotel Grotto Bagat is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, on the road to Brusimpiano. All rooms are spacious and some offer lake views. The restaurant serves local cuisine. I like the way the staff at the reception attended to us.the room was so clean and smell nice.

Located on a quiet hilltop in Cademario in the Malcantone region, a 15-minute drive from Lugano, the Al Ponte offers views of Lake Lugano and the mountains from all rooms. The location is beautiful, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to and back from the city center. I have to say Fabiola and her husband Patrick (owners) made me feel right at home, they’re very hospitable, friendly, caring and Patrick makes one hell of a good pasta. Would definitely come back again!

Situated in Sessa, I Grappoli features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (25 x 15 metres), garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers a shared lounge. Rooms are simple but very spacious! The hotel is extremely clean!! The swimming pool a must! All in all we had a great stay!
