This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Great location, free water, tea and coffee, very nice rooms and excellent shower, breakfast included to the room also very good. Man on reception during the day exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, including toiletries, towels, a remarkably comfortable bed, and ample space. The hotel's food was delicious, and the bar served delightful beers. Additionally, Voco Hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the park. Location is perfect, just 5min, or less, walking distance to Cliffton Hill. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is under construction but didn't affect our stay here. I forgot to take pictures but our room was beautiful and it had good lighting. I travelled with my family, and we definitely loved this hotel!

The young lady who checked us in was a sweetheart and so patient with an old man who is hard of hearing - that would be me! Parking right at check in was great as well a handy place to park for the stay. Room was all we needed for an enjoyable stay, Very clean and comfortable.

The motel was so comfortable. We had clean supplies, soaps, hair dryer and even a mini fridge. We stayed for 1 night only but we definitely would come back again. Recepcionist was there waiting for us until 10:25 and had to close at 10 pm But he nicely waited for us ( we didnt have internet so we got lost looking for the motel) so we were so grateful he was there!

Looking for a homely place to stay in Niagara Falls, this is you destination.. All the falls are 5 mins walk away, no need to pay park parking rates.. Staff are kind and polite.. The restaurant has amazing breakfast and also the Hot Cocoa / Hot Chocolate was delicious and frothy wow. This is the place I will stay when I come back with my kids..

Motellin sijainti oli hyvä, aivan pääkadun varressa ja keskustassa. Saimme hyvää palvelua, vaikka sisäänkirjautuminen viivästyi ja saavuimme motellille vasta 11 maissa illalla. Huone oli siisti, kaikki toimi, siellä oli iso jääkaappi ja mikro. Auton sai suoraan huoneen eteen ja parkkipaikka oli ilmainen.
