This nice family hotel on the outskirts of Gabrovo is situated in scenic surroundings on the foothills of the Balkan mountains, close to the Siwek river. I would recommend it to anyone. The hosts were superb!

Tryavna Lake Hotel, set directly on the banks of Tryavna Lake, features a spa, an outdoor seasonal pool and a kids’ playground. There is also an on-site spa with sauna, steam bath and hot tub. Close to a lake for fishing. Comfortable beds, still renovating but didn't bother us at all.
