Albion Hotel, a family-run hotel in the centre of Ieper, is 350 metres from the Menin Gate. It features free high-speed WiFi, an intimate bar and packed lunch services. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and a good location, very good value for the price. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty. The staff were absolutely fantastic for us. We were unwell during our stay and they really went above and beyond in looking after us.

Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent - clean and big. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor space. We had a family room - which meant the kids could close the door to their 2 beds. Made it feel like a bigger room.

Only 15 km from Ypres and 24 km from the coast (De Panne), Het Heilig Genot offers bright rooms with a country style décor and view of the garden. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owner is a lovely, friendly lady who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The shuttle service to/from recommended local restaurants is such a great idea and was very much appreciated by us. The cooked breakfast was exceptional and we even had freshly squeezed orange juice. We only stayed 1 night but I would have happily stayed for longer and taken advantage of the lounge with board games, honesty bar and quality tea and coffee machines! The terrace outside will be great in warmer weather, it features a little pond and a large barbeque area, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.
