Breakfast is till 11h which is perfect for us, and had variety of dishes so lovely prepared. The view was great, the parking is just few steps away. We enjoyed every second there and we surelly will retourn soon.

Breakfast was typical Austrian and I love that. The staff was very attentive. They put together a meal for me after the restaurant had closed for the evening. The feather beds were wonderful. They had a centrally located drink refrigerator on the honor system.

There are a number of places to visit in the town, more than can be seen on a day outing from Vienna. Some savings in buying one joint entrance ticket for 2 - 4 areas. Best to do some research or background preparation (Haydn/the Eszterhazy family/Burgenland) before coming. Don't miss the Schlosspark (free). Several small cafes and eating places, but only one good, but expensive, restaurant.

We travel a lot, but perhaps never before have we stayed in a place that so practically translates its credo: “Welcome Home”. The caring environment we faced at every point made every moment truly home. The very kind staff at the reception, in the restaurants - host person, servers and chefs -, in the bars and in the spa area; the pianist gentleman; the room preparation; Peter who helped with the car hire; all showed a kindness rarely seen in life or in the hotel industry.
