Located on an elevated position in Fladnitz an der Teichalm, G.H. Knoll "Proellhofer" Cafe Bar Hills offers scenic views of the Almenland Region. Friendly staff. I was really late in arriving and they stayed up to let me in. Great room: spacious and well laid out. The designer and craftsmen who installed it were true modern artists. For example, the thin wood strip marquetry on the wood base for the clothes hanger. The gently curved cabinet under the bathroom sink. The irregularly shaped inlaid tile ornament in the bathroom wall. Fine breakfast: not a buffet, just ask and they will create. For example, a perfect omelette served in its pan which kept it quite hot. A fine fruit and cheese plate. Peace and quiet and the view of the hills with forests and fields out the windows in the morning.

The family-run 4-star Naturhotel Bauernhofer is set in a quiet location on 1,132 metres above sea level on the Brandlucken, amidst the Almenland Nature Park. Everything was absolutely amazing from staff, food and the wellness facilities. We loved it all

This comfortable, family-run hotel is located in the small village of Sankt Kathrein am Offenegg in the heart of the Almenland Nature Reserve in Styria, only 45 km away from Graz. Everything was perfect, nice rooms, magical food, stuff.

Offering cosy rooms with solid wooden furnishings and a balcony, the family-run Gasthof Unterberger is located at the Brandlucken in Heilbrunn, 10 km from the Teichalm-Sommeralm Ski and Hiking Area. Beautiful location. The place was busy all day with locals and passersby calling in. Good service and nice food served.

Set within 34 km of Graz Clock Tower and 34 km of Graz Town Hall in Passail, Almenland Apartment Passail offers accommodation with seating area. Everything was perfect, the apartment is just like in the pictures. It is in a wonderful location, a small bathing lake is a few minutes' walk away, and wherever you go, you can find hiking opportunities everywhere. On the host's recommendation, we went to the nearby adventure park with our 12- and 15-year-old children, it was a great program! The accommodation is dog-friendly, they welcomed our dog very kindly. And last but not least, the kindness of the host, Gabriele, greatly defined the days spent here. For breakfast, they offer homemade jams, made by Gabriele's husband, and we received them as a parting gift. They are so delicious that we regret not buying some. We will definitely be back, thank you Gabriele! :)

The hotel is very warm and inviting The surroundings of the hotel are stunning and the staff were perfect. Dinner was great.

Set in Gasen centre, Gasthof Jagawirt offers free WiFi, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Free parking spaces are available on site. Everything was wonderful. Amazing place and family, that owns this house. Food was very tasty and prices are really affordable.
