The Hotel Parador de Canolich - Only Adults is located on the outskirts of the tiny village of Bixessarri, in Andorra. Although extremely off the normal track this is one place you should definitely put on your map. It sits very high up above the village of Bixessari but miles away. No human sounds, no light at all at night from anything relating to people. Just an extremely friendly home by host couple who will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The property has all the comforts you would want and the rooms, especially the suite, are fantastic. example to what you will find with the hosts, my (adult) daughter is a vegan. When we arrived very late in the evening I asked if it would be possible to arrange something for her for breakfast. Our host baked vegan carrot cake and vegan oat cookies early in the morning just for her, plus a huge plate of fruits among other things - without any prior notice, and apologised for 3 minute straight she couldn’t do more things on short notice. Just do yourself a favour. If you are going through Andorra take one night and visit.

Set in the beautiful natural landscape of the Naturlandia-La Rabassa park, this hotel offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and forests of the Pyrenees. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was varied and delicious for the evening meals and of a local style. Our room on the 1st floor gave us a view over the swimming pool and of the valley opposite so when you woke you were just looking at the sunlit mountains.

Surrounded by mountains, this hotel is located on the small town of Aixovall, 4 km from Andorra La Vella. Hotel Peralba offers free onsite parking. Good parking on site. Staff were most helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms on the side of the river benefit from birdsong in the mornings. Rooms perfectly comfortable with everything needed.

Hotel Folch is situated in the peaceful and picturesque Sant Julio Valley. You can enjoy nature and the countryside with a range of activities to fill your spare time. 3 course meal in the restaurant (excluding drinks) was only €15 The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are clean and they seemed well maintained The staff was very helpful even while some of them had a hard time with English The wifi and internet were good which helped because I longer had mobile internet in Andorra
