Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a terrace, Quinta da Granja Gardener's cottage provides accommodation in Coimbra with free WiFi and mountain views. The house and gardens were unique and exceptional, better than a home away from home. There were plenty of rooms to space out or spaces to come together. There was so much to explore and so many different aspects to discover. There were several beautiful eating areas, under the Grapevine, on the Colonial veranda and in the spacious kitchen. The gardens were huge and full of interest, from the banana trees to the pots of succulents and palm trees. It was so tastefully decorated with unique pieces of furniture and fascinating items from all over the world, a museum of antiquities. All in all a labyrinth of gorgeousness, full of ambience and grandeur. There were interesting and enchanting artefacts around every corner and everyday was a new discovery. There were so many delightful seating areas in which to relax and a place of calm and peacefulness all around. We especially loved the Balcony and views. Rose made us feel so welcome and treated us like one of the family and nothing was too much for her. We thank her and Brendan for the wonderful use of your Home. It was a total delight and feast for our senses.
