We were there only for two nights, but it was amazing experience. The owner of these house is very friendly ane helpful. We recommend this place for 100% because it’s really different experience than stay in central apartments. :)

Can easily walk to river and across Ponte Luis bridge to port wine lodges or uphill toward Torre de Clerigos, Sao Bento Station, etc. Dozens of good restaurants within short walking distance. Apartment was clean and accommodated a family of four adults. Well-furnished with just enough dishes etc. Good wifi. Communication with hosts was excellent.

The breakfast was very good with eggs and bacon made to order and a delicious buffet of other treats. While everything was excellent, the service of the staff members was the most memorable part. They helped us arrange for restaurants in the evening as well as coordinated a tour at one of the wine lodges. The property is in a great central location - perfect for exploring the city. But what makes this place a delight to stay at is the personal and warm welcome from our hosts.
