There is a good-sized balcony overlooking the park outside of the hotel. It is not too noisy in the evenings. Location is excellent. Bus station is directly across the road (2 minute walk) as is a supermarket. The site of Ephesus is a 25-30 minute walk along a straight road next to the hotel, so is very easy to get to if you don't want to take a bus/taxi (and the Temple of Artemis is on the way).

The minibus terminal to go to Ephesus and other places is very close, and across the street from the terminal is a hospital if anyone needs help. I became sick from something I ate in town, and the hosts were very understanding and helpful. Diana even made tea for me. Much appreciated. The rooftop terrace is also a great place for breakfast or just relaxing.
