I have to the masjid several times but each time I face it it is new. The one and only place that I am never tired of visiting. I sincerely commend the Saudi authorities in crowd control but they went too far to allow access only once during a visit.

Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar.
Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar.
if u want to go in mutaaf and want to do tuwaaf near kaba then you must wear ehram.
Try to eat less for better performance with respect to wudhu.
keep drinking water it will help u to stay fresh and hydrated.
dont try to kiss black stone because there are so many people try to do it at the same time and hurt each other which kills the whole concept and purpose of going there.

It is most sacred mosque in the world.
It is most sacred mosque in the world. For the first timer, make sure you carry a small backpack that carries you slippers, medicine, 500 ml water bottle, regular belt, large head scarf (protect against scorching heat). Drink lot of fluids. Avoid soda drinks. Gargle a lot with hot water. This will remedy chest infection.

Location location location. Less than 3 min to courtyard of masjid al haram.
Read every namaz then came back to hotel.
Kabaa view from room was clear and comforting, you can see the tawaf being done. Sat at window and ate breakfast ,dinner while watching the Haram and Kabaa.
Helpful and polite staff. Clean, modern and bright.
Access to room from lobby took seconds although due to so many lifts takes getting used to.
Great Hotel 24/7 Bus Service available in front of hotel which drops to Masjid Al Haram within 2-3 mints.Neat and Clean Great Housekeeping ...Staff was so nice and Firendly Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa.
Every staff very kind and helpful. The hotel very close to Masjid Al Haram. Buildings around with places for coffe and dinning. Regards to Miss Kholoud and Mr Mohammad.
Will suggest this place to other people as well.
Location is good - you can pray outside the hotel if you are running late for salah. To actually get to the inside of Masjid al Haram, it can sometimes be a bit of a walk as most direct entrances are closed off, so you have to walk around the masjid to get to another gate. This may have been because we went during Ramadhan and there were a lot of people but cannot say exactly. Cleaning staff and managers are wonderful and great at their job.
Staffs were helpful. Hotel in walking distance to Masjid Al Haram but free shuttle bus is also available 24hrs. The facility also provides free to use washing machines all the guest need to do is to bring their own detergent. Mini market and souvenir shops available in the building itself.
