Fauno Bar is great restaurant to eat and people watch. It’s smack in the middle of Plaza Tasso. The waiters and maitre’d were super attentive and friendly. The facilities are clean too. Across the plaza is Syreneuse Restaurant which has the best Greek salad I’ve EVER had.

A must. This is the main piazza in town. There are dozens of places to eat, drink, people watch....and then amble down a side street to peruse the many, many stalls and stores selling everything from tourist trinkets to quality local treasures. (And, of course, all flavors of gelato!)

Situated only a few minutes walk from the main square (Piazza Tasso) and train station, the apartment is extremely spacious with all the modern conveniences needed. The balcony offers wonderful views of the mountains, the sea and Vesuvius! Having two supermarkets around the corner was also a big positive. Check-in and queries were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by our host, Maria.
