LIKED IT VERY MUCH.
LIKED IT VERY MUCH. AN UNHARASSED VISIT TO WHAT IS STILL A COMFORTABLE LIVING PLACE WITH PLEASANT SIZED ROOMS. IMPRESSIVE GARDENS AND VIEWS BACK TO THE CASTLE. GOOD KITCHEN TO APPARANTLY VISITOR NUMBERS HAVE INCREASED HUGELY IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. IT DESERVES THIS ATTENTION. PRICE ALSO REASONABLE AT £10 FOR SENIORS

Has fibre internet and the speed is really good. Brora town is only 5 mins drive and you are 5-10 mins from some of the main tourist attractions including Dunrobin castle. Colin and his family have been excellent specially in terms of communication.

The meals in the Garden Room were superb and staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is a great base for visiting Helmsdale, Strath of Kildonan, Dunrobin Castle, Dunnet Head, John O’Groats and a beach is only a few minutes walk away too. We’re returning for another stay.

Great location and base for Brora Golf Course and other courses at Golspie and Dornoch as well as various places of interest i.e Dunrobin Castle. Also if looking for nice places for coffee etc have a visit to The River Bothy at nearby Berriedale serves lovely homemade food and also The Pier at Lairg. But best to perhaps book as very popular.
