Getting the keys from the reception downstairs is fairly easy, and there are two lifts. Very close to the Porte des Postes metro station, and the Boulevard Victor Hugo with lots of nice lill shops & bars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a balcony. The tv works well. Try the local Lidl - it's a real treat! Prices in Lille are way lower than in Paris.
