Parking was just outside and it was a quiet neighbourhood.

We had tickets to concert in SAP Arena, and young man in reception explained us all the possibilities how to get there, even that we had free tram tickets included in ours concert tickets! We didn’t knew this and young man at reception (pitty, I dont asked his name) was very kind and friendly and told us about it! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable hotel!
